Tracy Reynolds is licensed Architect and Structural Engineer with over 20 years experience in all facets of building design. Architect
Brad received his Graduate Certification in Design Build from University of Colorado at Denver, a Master’s Degree of Architecture from University of Colorado at Denver in 2006, and a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2003. He also received Architectural Craftsmanship Award for 2006 at the Young Architects Award Gala (YAAG) in Denver Colorado, hosted by the AIA. Brad is a Pagosa Springs native.

Kelsey graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture and Bachelor of Arts in Theater. Kelsey's experience includes land planning and urban design; as well as computer and hand graphic production and design.

Courtney studied Architecture at Rhode Island School of Design and graduated from Bennington College in Bennington, VT with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Sculpture. Her professional interests include biophilic design and affordable housing. She is the President of the Board of Directors of Colorado Housing Inc., a non-profit organization providing self-help housing solutions in Southwest Colorado.
